Privacy policy

This is a translation of the Spanish privacy policy, which prevails if the two ever differ.

Who processes your data

What data we collect, and what for

Only your email address, when you leave it voluntarily on this site. We use it to tell you how Banot’s development is going and to ask for your view as a coach. We use it for nothing else, and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Along with the sign-up we store the date and the IP address you consented from, and the version of the text you accepted. That is what lets us show the consent existed, as the GDPR requires.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it: every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

Two-step confirmation

After leaving your email you will get a message asking you to confirm it. Until you confirm, you are not on the list and we will not write to you. That is how we stop anyone signing up somebody else’s address.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the Banot project is cancelled, we will delete the whole list.

Who else processes it

We use MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) to manage the list and send the emails, acting as our data processor. Their servers are in the European Union, so your data does not leave the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to drimiun@drimiun.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. The fonts are served from our own server, so your browser contacts no third party when the page loads.

Website analytics

We measure how many visits this page gets with our own counter, hosted on our domain. We use no cookies, no storage in your browser, and no third-party services. Your IP address is instantly turned into an anonymous fingerprint — with a key that rotates daily — and the original address is discarded: we do not store who visits us, only how many visits there are, by page, channel, approximate country and referring link. The daily key means that fingerprint cannot be used to track you from one day to the next; and because our analytics is first-party, not across different sites either. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” (DNT) or “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signal, we do not count the visit. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): measuring how the site is used without needing to identify you.
